The challenge
Your people face a new system, a new qualification or a new way of working. The content might be ready, scattered across slides and experts’ heads, or not written yet. Wherever you’re starting from, the goal is the same: people who feel confident and capable.
That’s where I come in. From the first conversation about the problem through design, build, launch and ongoing improvement, I manage the whole process — one partner, accountable for the result.

Helping a global workforce adopt Salesforce/Certinia

Working with subject-matter experts and the project management team, I designed and built the learning people relied on at launch, and kept it current as the system evolved.
How a project runs

A clear process, open communication and visible results.

Step 1

Understand

Your goals, your learners and your constraints. We agree what success looks like before any work begins, so the approach fits the problem, not a fixed template.
Step 2

Design & prototype

Clear objectives and an early prototype you can review, so you’re involved at every step and the whole process stays transparent.
Step 3

Build

Development of the learning experience, with accessibility checks and quality assurance at every stage.
Step 4

Launch & evolve

LMS integration, a documented handover, and updates as your systems and content change.

Who you’ll work with

The person you speak to is the person doing the work.

One accountable person

I lead every project personally, from analysis and design to build, QA and handover. Nothing gets lost between people.

Complex content, made clear

More than ten years in digital learning and a technical background mean I get to grips with systems, data and technical subjects quickly, keeping projects moving with confidence.

Accessible and learner-led

Accessibility is designed in from the start of the process, and every decision follows what learners need.
“His skills and dedication to create the best learning materials for all impacted colleagues (7,000+) resulted in us having one of the best step-by-step guides that are very easy to follow, update in real-time, and share with the entire firm.”

Next step

Let’s turn your content into learning people use.

Tell me about the project. I’ll reply with a few questions and an honest view of fit.
