Once the problem has been identified we work collaboratively to co-design solutions using data and evidence to uncover learning opportunities and methods that work. I enjoy looking beyond traditional learning solutions to identify the right technology, content, and resources available for the scope of the project.
I follow design thinking principles to design impactful and meaningful learning opportunities. Key factors for me are collaboration and attention to detail. My goal is to leverage learning technologies to develop digital courses and resources that support and drive performance. Little details really contribute to the excellence of the final project.
Developing custom multiple module eLearning solutions and simulations to help facilitate learners needs and goals.
Offer problem solving solutions using a linear process. I know-how to make things work across many disciplines and types of industry.
Developing small learning units and short-term learning activities that solve a specific problem with micro eLearning that helps learners retain information. Simplicity is key.
Moving existing face to face classroom training materials and resources to the virtual learning space for a more intuitive approach to learning.
