I take pride in helping people get their message across. Whether it’s creating impactful scenario-based training to integrating multiple eLearning and interactive design modes together. I develop instructional programs that leverage new technologies and multimedia, to design learning experiences that have a meaningful impact.
I am an eLearning designer and developer that helps people solve their business problems. I help apply interaction design and interactive learning principles to instructional solutions for adult learners. I started out within customer service and garnered plenty of IT and technical support expertise during this time. I now have over 5 years of experience dedicated to creating eLearning courses whilst facilitating the use of multimedia and design graphics in eLearning designs.
I am a self-directed learner who constantly strives to learn more about UX design and transformative learning solutions. I am curious and take every opportunity to explore new areas with every project. I love to experiment, learn, and grow.
I am passionate about eLearning, technology, and design. I believe in the strategic and user-centred approach to eLearning design and enjoy designing with behaviour change and performance improvement in mind.
Part of my success is that my strong visual design skills are backed by stellar instructional design processes which span across gamification, micro-learning, blended learning and Education Consultancy. With a range of depth and expertise, I stand out in the market and add value to any instructional design project.
