This project proposal was a detailed presentation for an organisation to prepare staff training in a specific area. The task required was to determine all the training needed to be completed in a certain period to allow the team to deliver their tasks as effectively as possible. The content was fragmented into sections so that stakeholders could learn and understand what the project involved, what the team tried to accomplish, and why the objectives were so important.
