I’m Mateusz Filip. I turn complex content into learning people can use.
I’ve worked in digital learning for more than ten years, across corporate L&D, further and higher education and systems training. In 2022 I founded Uniqray, so organisations could work directly with an experienced learning consultant, designer and developer — one person accountable from raw content to finished learning.
My recent work ranges from supporting 7,000+ employees through a global Salesforce/Certinia rollout to building 120+ accessible SCORM packages for Activate Learning and producing Sana Learn courses for a large-scale enterprise AI Academy. A technical background means I get to grips with complex subject matter quickly, which is where I add the most value.

How I work
Three principles behind every project

Start with the problem, not the tool.
Every project begins by understanding the people, the performance gap and the constraints. The format follows from that.

Accessibility is part of quality.
If some learners can’t use it, it isn’t finished. Accessible design is built in from the first storyboard.

Use AI to go faster, never to cut corners.
AI speeds up storyboarding, scripting, development and QA. Judgement, accuracy and final review stay human.
