This notice explains what personal information Uniqray Ltd collects through this website, why, and the rights you have over it.
Who I am
Uniqray Ltd is the learning consultancy of Mateusz Filip, and is the data controller for information collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, email mateusz.filip@uniqray.com.
What I collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form or by email, I receive:
- your name and work email address
- your organisation, if you give it
- the services you are interested in and your timeline
- your message and anything else you choose to include
Please don’t include sensitive personal information, such as health details, in your enquiry.
Why I use it
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss your project. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me, and taking steps at your request before we enter into a contract. If we go on to work together, I use your details to manage our engagement (contract) and to meet my accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
I will never sell your details or add you to a marketing list.
Who can see it
Only me. Your details are stored with the providers that host this website and my business email, who act on my instructions and must keep them secure.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, business records are kept for as long as the law requires, normally six years.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated and you will be asked for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, and ask me to correct it, delete it, restrict how I use it, object to its use or send you a copy. Email mateusz.filip@uniqray.com and I will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
