Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: 26 September 2026
Accessibility is at the heart of the learning I design, and it applies to this website too. It aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What I’ve done
- All text meets WCAG AA colour contrast, and most meets the stricter AAA level
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator
- A “Skip to main content” link appears at the top of every page
- Pages use a logical heading structure and landmarks for screen reader navigation
- Meaningful images have text descriptions, and decorative ones are hidden from screen readers
- Every form field has a visible label, and required fields are clearly marked
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content
- Links describe where they lead
How it was tested
The site has been checked with automated WCAG 2.2 AA testing, manual keyboard testing and a review of contrast, headings, alternative text and form labels.
Known limitations
Screenshots of client learning content are images. Their key content is described in the surrounding text and in each image’s description. Links to LinkedIn lead to a third-party site, which has its own accessibility standards.
